Puppy Guarantee
Breeder guarantees the dog for any hereditary conditions which may arise as outlined below.
All veterinary and X-ray costs are at the owner's expense.
The dog must be registered in the original owner's name, and cannot have been sold.
If the dog is diagnosed by OFA as being mildly, moderately or severely dysplastic on or before 25 months of age, you must
submit a copy of the x-ray and OFA report to the breeder with in 5 days of diagnosed.
If the dog is diagnosed by a veterinary ophthalmologist certified by the ACVO for eye problems, as having Progressive Retinal
Atrophy (PRA) or Central Progressive Retinal Atrophy on or before 12 months of age. You must submit a copy of this report to
the breeder with in 5 days of diagnosed.
Animals used for breeding prior to x-ray and exam are not guaranteed.
Animals that have been abused are not guaranteed.
Animals that have been injured are not guaranteed.
All dogs are sold in good faith and no dog is sold for any specific use or guarantee of performance such as brood bitch, stud dog,
show dog, field trial, or hunt test competitor.
If the dog is found to be defective or dysplastic as described above -- then to qualify for a replacement puppies when available:
a.) The defective dog must be euthanized by your veterinarian. A letter from the veterinarian stating that the dog has been
euthanized must be sent to the breeder.
or
b.) The dog must be sterilized in a manner preferred by your Veterinarian and a letter stating he/she has done so must be sent to
the breeder.
and
c.) The dog's registration certificate must be returned, signing the ownership of the dog back to breeder.
Buyer will have puppy examined by a veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours (Owners expense) , during which time the
puppy can be returned for full purchase price if a medical problem is found and the puppy has not been abused or injured.
The breeder has the option of refunding the Buyer's money of the original cost, or providing a replacement puppy of comparable
breeding when one is available.
The breeder reserves the right to have the dog examined by a veterinarian(s) of their choice before a refund is made.
Hips are guaranteed to be OFA certifiable at two years of age (24 months). The above requirements are necessary to enforce this
guarantee and they are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to see that they are met. This guarantee only covers hereditary defects on hips
and eyes. It does not cover any physical injuries. If a physical injury or injuries have accrued, this guarantee is void. *Replacement
pups may be chosen from any breeding of comparable pedigree. Kadenlabradors shall be the sole judge of the comparable pedigree.
If you choose a breeding (puppy) of higher value, the purchasing party will be required to pay the difference. *All freight charges
(shipping to or returning any puppy or dog to or from our Kennel) are to be paid for by the purchaser.

this guarantee to the Breeder within 10 days. Failure to return this guarantee within 10 days will automatically void the guarantee.

| Shipping and Purchasing Information |
Shipping costs are new owners responsibility.
Air Shipping**
Shipping must be arranged from Evansville Regional Airport to your location for air travel.
Costs range depending on size of crate and weight. Exact pricing will vary from dog to dog.
You must pay for crate, health certificate and air fare. Crate and health certificate must be
paid for in advance of shipping the dog no dogs will be shipped without payment in full for
dog, crate and certificate. Air fare will be paid on your end (COD).
Crate Costs range from small- for puppies $35.00*
Medium $60.00*
Large $75.00*

Health Certificate Costs $50.00
Ground Shipping**
Shipping must be arrange from Evansville In. to your location. Dog Hauling varies in price
depending on location and size of dog. Shipping ranges from $250.00 to $400.00. When
shipping by ground no crate is required but, a health certificate is still required. The dog
must be paid for in full before shipping will take place.
**Kenneling fees will be charge for dogs sold and not picked up or shipped right away.
Kenneling fee is $12.00 per day following date of sale.
Date of Sale is determined by the date money is received for payment in full. However if a
deposit is made and new owner comes to pick up dog a kenneling fee will apply until the dog
is picked up or if can't pickup dog on preset date. Kenneling fee will be from date deposit is
received in full to date of pickup.
No dogs will be held until deposits are received or payment in full is made. All deposits and or
payments are not refundable. All payments must be made in the form of a money order,
Paypal or western union. All Western Union or Paypal fees are the responsibility of the
buyer. If a check or money order is sent must be sent by overnight mail and dog will be held
until check clears the bank and boarding/kenneling fees will be charged.
